18 Karat White Gold Victorian or Edwardian Diamond and Sapphire Dinner Ring

This is a very nice quality dinner ring that could be used as an engagement ring.
it's made from 18 karat white gold and has two 2.5 mm diamonds in the center. There are two tiny sapphires, one on each side of the diamonds, each measuring 1 x 3 mm each. Sad to say, one of the sapphires appears to have a crack across it.
It is a size 6.
