I ship as soon as I can when I receive an order.
I ship USPS for all items.
Shipping to countries other than the USA may take 2-4 weeks.
ESTIMATED shipping times
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 1-4 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-3 weeks
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
ATTENTION:
BUYERS pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
I'm happy to ship anywhere in the World, although I am not responsible for VAT or other import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office.
I am unable to mark your item as “gift” or mark it at a lower value, as that would be considered fraud. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.

If you ever lose an earring, CONTACT ME FIRST and I will do my best to match it for you if you send a picture or the remaining earring to me.
If a small item breaks, return it to me for a free repair.
If a large item is damaged after you have received it for example, a polymer sculpture or a painting; I will repair it for a small fee.
Always insure a returning item.
Insurance is not available for packages being shipped to: Afghanistan; Algeria; Angola (Cabinda); Belarus; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Burma; Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast); Croatia; Cuba; Democratic Republic of the Congo; Greece; Iran; Iraq; Jordan; Liberia; Libya, Moldova; Montenegro; Nigeria; North Korea; Paraguay; Republic of the Congo (Zaire); Serbia; Sierra Leone; Somalia; Sri Lanka; Sudan; Syria; Togo; Yemen; Zimbabwe
