Shipping

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Custom and made-to-order items can take 2 to 4 weeks, and I'll note that on the listing. Free US shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more.

Estimated delivery times:

• North America: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-4 weeks
• Asia Pacific: 1-4 weeks
• Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-3 weeks

Buyers outside the USA pay any duties, taxes and customs fees.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

• Contact me within 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Pierced earrings, because they are a custom order
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale

Lost an earring? Contact me first and I'll do my best to match it if you send me a picture or the remaining earring.
If a small item breaks, send it back to me for a free repair.
