Elegant Engraved Pewter Jewelry Box - Queen Anne Style

This is a really nice 4 inch jewelry box and lid and is in really nice condition just some small scratches on the bottom.
It has a nice blue velveteen insert inside.
Measured at the largest point, it's 4 inches. The bottom is 2.5 inches and it is just under 2 inches high.
It's engraved on the top with:  "Zerox Supplies Marketing & Sales 1991"
"Thanks a Billion"
It is stamped Salisbury Pewter on the bottom.
